Report Highlights

• Refinance volume continued to be strong in November as 30-year mortgage rates remained at record low levels.
• HARP volume represented 23 percent of total refinance volume in November.
• Year-to-date through November 2012, 998,294 refinances were completed through HARP, bringing the total refinances through HARP from the inception of the program to 2,088,5601.
