FHFA Annual Performance Plan
The Annual Performance Plan (APP) sets out performance measures and targets in support of the goals in the Strategic Plan. FHFA’s APP has four components:
- strategic goals;
- strategic objectives;
- performance measures and associated targets; and
- means and strategies.
The strategic goals, established in the Strategic Plan, are the starting point for the FY 2025 APP. Aligning the APP with the Strategic Plan ties FHFA’s annual priorities to the Agency’s mission, vision, and values. The strategic objectives in the APP link directly to those established in FHFA’s Strategic Plan. Each strategic objective is an intermediate outcome or output necessary to achieve the corresponding strategic goal.
