Instructions on use of the form: To submit your input on an open topic, please select a topic upon which you wish to comment from the table below.  Enter information in fields, upload any files you wish to submit and then, when finished, click "submit" at the bottom of the page to transmit your submission.

In general, all input received will be posted for public inspection without change, including any personal information provided, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, on the FHFA website at www.FHFA.gov.

​Comments are submitted for the information and sole use of FHFA.  FHFA will not respond to any commenter directly or take any investigative, enforcement, referral, or other action in response to alleged violations of federal, state, or local laws.  If you have a specific complaint, you should consult with an attorney or other qualified person for assistance.

FHFA may review, redact, or refrain from posting all or any portion of any comment that it may deem to be inappropriate for publication, such as irrelevant or obscene material, sensitive personal information, or other personally identifiable information.

All comments that are redacted or are withheld from posting will be retained in FHFA's public comment file and will be considered as required under all applicable laws.​​

To ensure file attachments are received, make certain file names do NOT include characters such as ~ # % & * { } \ : < > ? / | and file names are short and concise.  If you have trouble submitting input or uploading documents to attach to your input, please contact FHFAwebmaster@FHFA.gov or call (202) 649-3031 for assistance.​
