This Progress Report summarizes major activities of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2015 that contributed to achieving FHFA’s strategic objectives as conservator of the Enterprises. FHFA set forth three such objectives in the 2014 Strategic Plan for the Conservatorships of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (2014 Conservatorship Strategic Plan) issued on May 13, 2014: Maintain, Reduce and Build.
