This report has been prepared to meet the statutory requirements in section 1319B of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 (Title XIII of P.L. 102-550). This report covers the accomplishments in 2004 and early 2005. These accomplishments include supervisory actions, research and publications, and the annual examination of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
