SUMMARY: The Federal Housing Finance Agency published a Final Rule; Technical Amendment document in the Federal Register on March 17, 2026, regarding Correcting Amendment Reinstating ‘‘Grandfather’’ Exceptions to Restrictions on Private Transfer Fee Covenants.
