What information must I include in my request?
Persons filing a request or complaint have the burden of proof to demonstrate that the information is not correct. Information requests will be evaluated for completeness and clarity.
When and how will FHFA respond to my complaint?
In general, FHFA will respond in writing within 60 calendar days from the date FHFA receives your complaint. This response time may be extended for up to an additional 60 calendar days. If an extension is required, FHFA will send you a notice and will provide you with an estimated response date.
