FHFA Public Listening Session: Duty to Serve Rural Housing

​On July 12, FHFA hosted a series of three public listening sessions for the Enterprises’ proposed Duty to Serve 2022-2024 Underserved Market Plans. The first session focused on the topic of rural housing, and stakeholders shared their feedback on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s new proposed Plans. These Plans are available here​.
