FHFA Public Listening Session: Duty to Serve Manufactured Housing

On July 14, FHFA hosted a series of three public listening sessions for the Enterprises’ proposed Duty to Serve 2022-2024 Underserved Market Plans. The third session focused on the topic of manufactured housing, and stakeholders shared their feedback on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s new proposed Plans. These Plans are available here​.
