FHFA Public Listening Session: Duty to Serve Affordable Housing Preservation

On July 13, FHFA hosted a series of three public listening sessions for the Enterprises’ proposed Duty to Serve 2022-2024 Underserved Market Plans. The second session focused on the preservation of affordable housing, and stakeholders shared their feedback on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s new proposed Plans. These Plans are available here.
