Please require tenant protections. As a millennial I will likely never be able to buy a home due to the high costs of home buying. Therefore tenant rights are important to me for safety (I have had to evacuate apartments due to gas leaks and sewage lines busting and not been warned about the danger or compensated -- the smells saved my life both times!) as well as housing security. Please ensure that tenant rights are secured.
