    I oppose so called Tenant focused on Any FHA mortgage loan.
    “Rent Control “ / Rent Freeze Only removes units from the rental pool.
    Unless, of course, FHA freezes my interest rates, property insurance, property taxes, plumber and electrician charges, etc.
    1 component cannot “Freeze” while all others can increase!
