this is a job for HUD not GSEs. its time to stop mandating more risk, when the goal is conserving and preserving to put the companies on stronger footing. FHFA needs to do is job mandated by HERA, and stop inflating housing bubbles. The companies are not piggy banks for whatever administration/FHFA director is in charge for the time being.
