FHFA's strategic plan reflects the agency's priorities as regulator of the Federal Home Loan Bank System and as regulator and conservator of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the Enterprises). FHFA's strategic plan also reflects the priorities outlined for the Enterprises in the 2014 Strategic Plan for the Conservatorships of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which the agency released in May. FHFA requested input from Members of Congress, the public and interested stakeholders in accordance with the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010.
