To reach homeowners still eligible for the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP), the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is hosting a series of events with local housing experts and community leaders. Along with outreach efforts from lenders and local leaders, these events will help HARP eligibles get the information they need to refinance into a better mortgage.
