2022 Duty to Serve Listening Session: Affordable Housing Preservation

On​ July 11, 2022, FHFA hosted a series of three public listening sessions for specific topic areas under each of the Duty to Serve underserved markets​. The first session (July 11, ​2022) ​focused on the Affordable Housing Preservation market and the topics were Preserving the Affordability of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Properties and the Right of First Refusal and Qualified Contracts.​​​​
