I commend your organization on manufactured housing implementation. The MHAdvantage program is the best illustration for aalternative ffordable housing choices over traditional site builders. The finance program benefits this structure type. However the local zoning and planning departments are Fannie Mae's biggest hurdle to overcome for this strucuture type success in devleopments locally. I have given proven examples of manufactured houses that meet the hosuign crisis and help low income public with energy efficient houses not typical in the marketplace.
