The Duty to Serve Plans detail opportunities for financial services organizations, nonprofits, and other industry participants to work with the Enterprises to better serve the three target markets. FHFA created a series of Snapshots that break down Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s Plans to help facilitate these opportunities. The Snapshots combine relevant portions of both companies’ Plans by topic and should serve as an accompaniment to help interested parties identify activities and opportunities most relevant to their particular line of work.
