It is sad that an accounting gimmick could put these 2 companies into conservatorship and that 10+ years later we are still here. These are needed companies that have proven themselves for decades and except for the loosening of lending standards , which FnF do NOT do, would have probably not needed need any "bailout" other than help clean the books at the banks. It is time to release, recap and relist! Make this right and use a realistic rate (2.4% or less) and let them recap over time. The senior shares should have been paid and need to show such. The warrants need to be cancelled or at worst sold back to FnF for a FAIR cost and used to recap.
