If you would like to comment on FHFA proposed rules or notices that are open for public comment, you may do so by going to www.regulations.gov and following the directions for submitting comments. Copies of all comments will be posted without change, including any personal information you provide, such as your name, address, or phone number.
TO VIEW COMMENTS/INPUT
Listed below are all FHFA proposed rules, final rules, and notices published in the Federal Register, including those from predecessor agencies OFHEO (1995 forward) and FHFB (2003 forward). You also can view and print all public comment letters received on proposed rules and notices by clicking on the plus sign next to the title of the document in the chart that appears below. You can display the comments in two ways: (1) In date order, based on the date of the comment; or (2) In numerical order, based on the number we assign when we receive the comment. Comments submitted by the Federal Home Loan Banks are highlighted in red.
