The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA or Agency) is responsible for implementing certain provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (Dodd-Frank Act). Pursuant to Section 342 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) submits this annual report on the activities of the FHFA Office of Minority and Women Inclusion during the 2014 calendar year. This report describes the actions taken, challenges faced, and accomplishments to date regarding FHFA's objective of advancing diversity and inclusion of minorities and women in employment, management, and business activities at all levels.
